Terms and Conditions
1 / Tickets allocation
Most of the ticketing process will auto generate the tickets followed by zone no./ row no./ seat no. We will do our best to meet your ideal ticket as any unexpected and uncontrollable situations might happen during the ticketing war.
2 / Payment
Deposit / full amount must be made a day before ticketing date. Therefore, we practice to collect service charges as deposit to reserve your slots based on FCFS once the concert event is confirmed.
3 / Personal Information
We will collect your personal information such as NAME , IDENTITY NO., PHONE NO. EMAIL and ADDRESS for general purchasing purposes. All information provided will be kept private and confidential.
4 / Confirmation
We will only release the tickets to the PIC who ordered with us. Please alert that we will never resell your tickets to third parties as this issues could affect our reputation and interets.
5 / Be poliet and patient
Dont spam messages or phone calling during the ticketing .
Joy/ Fussy buyer will not be entertained.
Dont use my service if you not fully trusted me.
